Dealing with this AAMCO was the most pleasant experience I ever had to getting my vehicle repaired. I met them for the first time and Brian who owns the place was so informing as to options I had and what they were going to do to fix my car (transmission went bad to due to a leak which caused fluid level to drop significantly enough to burn it up.) He had me back on the road in less than 3 days with a price which was much better than I thought it was going to be -- 5 stars for this AAMCO and for Brian and his team of technicians-- THEY CARE
The AAMCO IN MIDDLETOWN, NY IS WONDERFUL. Brian the owner always goes above and beyond to help my father and myself out. He is fair and Honest (a rare quality to find in an auto repair shop). Lou, who also woks with him, is a great mechanic. Always makes time to check something out on the fly and does the repairs right the first time. I would never bring my car anywhere else because they know what they are doing. And as I said they are honest.

I have been bringing my Juke to AAMCO in Middletown for the past few years now. I can say easily that they have always been honest and GREAT mechanics. Brian and Louis are always up front with any repairs or maintenance that is needed on our cars. Unfortunately, recently I had to have my transmission replaced. They helped me to weigh my options. I decided to have it replaced, and am SO HAPPY that I did. I am even more confident and happy because I know the work that is done at AAMCO is guaranteed and top notch. My car was ready the next day, which was absolutely incredible for such a big job. Even better, my car drove out of AAMCO even better than the day I drove it out of the lot when I first bought it. I am confident that my car will be going for another 120,000 miles!!! They are absolutely wonderful from start to finish. You really feel like a valued customer to the people at AAMCO. I recommend them to everyone; family, friends, coworkers. I haven't been disappointed by them, and am so happy to have found such reputable and quality mechanics

I was referred to this repair shop and Brian the owner/ manager there was really friendly, he's a really good guy and described the work that was going to be done. The whole visit took only about an hour and my vehicle is running great.
This was my first time going to this AAMCO. They explained things to me and took care of my vehicle right away and I got in and out of there quickly, which I really appreciated.
I've used them a few times and Brian the owner is always very friendly and I like that the place is clean. The job ended up costing less than I thought it was going to be. They even went above and beyond and topped off my brakes fluid for free, which I thought was pretty cool.

When I'm on a Highway the car runs so smoothly it purrs like a cat. The staff are real sweethearts. They brought me right in and got me right back on a road. I never have a problem there.
The guy that runs the place, is the best mechanic that I ever dealt with and I'll be bringing him all of my future business including my 2007 Mustang. I will also be referring friends and colleagues to him as well.
As far as customer service is concerned, Bryan goes over and beyond in satisfying his customers. He is unbelievable. I have used this shop many times before in the past. They have always always been accommodating. He helps us out the best way he can, takes us in as soon as he can. He's always there for us.
What I loved most about AAMCO was that they were very informative, friendly and cooperative. I always recommend my friends to AAMCO. I have to come back into the shop either this week or next week for an inspection and an oil change.

Our car is running nothing less than excellent. This AAMCO is very service minded to the customer. Their product knowledge is better than the car dealerships that's why were bringing their vehicles over there. My vehicle is always clean when I picked it up and if there is ever an issue they always call me and inform me completely. I feel they go over and beyond as far as being courteous and making sure they keep us aware of what they're doing or if anything additional needs to be done.
